Through visual storytelling and media relations, Eve Mueller has been highlighting the priorities of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine since he was first Ohio Attorney General in 2011.
Eve is a trusted communications leader who develops media strategies, manages visual communications, produces video storytelling content, plans media events, and handles national and local television interviews. She is also involved in the storytelling of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio, a free book gifting program for Ohio kids between birth and age 5, which Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine champions statewide. In addition, Eve serves as the team lead for the Governor’s initiative to transform Ohio rest areas into inviting spaces to learn more about Ohio, The Heart of It All!
Prior to helping to tell Ohio’s story, Eve worked for 23 years telling other people’s stories, as an on-air TV reporter and anchor. Most of her television career was spent in Columbus at CBS affiliate WBNS 10-TV, where her work as the Statehouse reporter earned her an Emmy and a National Edward R. Murrow Award. Eve also had TV reporting and anchoring roles in Lansing, Michigan, Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, her hometown. She’s a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast News.
Eve was named Leader Among Leaders by Fellows in her Leadership Ohio Class of 2024.
