Leadership Ohio is always interested in meeting thoughtful, engaging presenters who can contribute to the development of Ohio’s current and emerging leaders.
Our audiences are typically composed of senior-level leaders from a wide range of industries and sectors, including:

Audience learning levels are diverse and range from experienced operational leaders to highly strategic and theoretical thinkers.
Typical session attendance ranges from approximately 35–45 participants.

Excellent proposals will:
Demonstrate awareness of adult learning principles
Encourage active participation and reflection
Show thoughtfulness toward diversity, inclusion, and contemporary ethical considerations
Offer practical insights alongside strategic thinking
Create environments for constructive dialogue and collaborative learning
Engage diverse audiences with professionalism, humility, and authenticity

All proposals must be submitted online, including keynote and general session proposals. No exceptions.
All submissions must be complete in order to be considered.
Individuals may submit a maximum of two proposals per calendar year.
Presentations may not serve as sales pitches or promotional sessions.
Leadership Ohio presentations are generally pro bono unless otherwise negotiated.
While presenters are typically not compensated financially, participation offers meaningful opportunities to:
Engage directly with influential statewide leaders
Expand visibility among senior decision-makers
Build relationships across sectors and industries
Contribute to leadership development and civic progress across Ohio
Many Leadership Ohio participants also hire speakers and facilitators for their own organizations and events.

Leadership Ohio makes every effort to operate sustainably and minimize printed materials whenever possible.
Presentation handouts and supporting materials will be distributed digitally rather than printed onsite. Presenters are encouraged to provide materials in advance, as attendees consistently report that access to presentation resources enhances the learning experience.
