Tracie Campbell works for AEP Ohio as a Customer Service Rep Principal. She has 36 years of experience in the energy industry. Campbell has served in various capacities in her career with AEP including Office Supervisor, Marketing and Advertising Coordinator, Call Center Supervisor and Quality and Training Supervisor for six AEP Call Centers across 11 states.

Campbell has served her community through various organizations including the Big Brother Big Sisters School Mentoring program, as a Ready When Disaster Strikes Red Cross Volunteer, Salvation Army Kettle Bell Ringer, Junior Achievement, and member of the Deaconess Board of the Christ Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. Campbell is the Past President of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) Columbus, Ohio Chapter and currently serves the Board of Directors. Through her endeavors she has raised over $400,000 for the AABE scholarship program. She is also a Trustee on the Board of Leadership Ohio.

Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University where she majored in Marketing and an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Development from Ohio’s Franklin University.
